Our client is a multinational System Integration company, located in Central Jakarta. Currently they are looking for a dynamic person to be their Sr. Sales Manager cum Resident Director.
1. Drive sales to meet organisation’s key objectives and business plan
2. Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities from Pre Sales / Sales team.
3. Review customers terms, partnership
4. To maintain relationship with key principals, distributors and business partners.
5. To keep abreast with market intelligence (competitor activities, competitor pricing, industry & market trends
6. Set direction for sales team in terms of sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met
7. Develop Go To Market business/marketing plan
8. Provide guidance and coach sales team in their sales engagements
9. Responsible for all escalated issues are resolved between internally and customers
10. Ability to understand customers needs, develop a customised sales pitch and clearly articulate the value proposition to customers.
11. Establish and maintain effective business relationships with key decision makers, ensuring a full understanding of customers’ business needs and future requirements.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Telecommunication
2. More than 10 years of sales management leadership in Systems Integration industry, preferably familiar with regional/global sales experience, with proven sales record
3. Strong inter-personal & leadership skills.
