Marketing & Digital Communications Manager

·         Develop strategic communications plans for promotion and marketing content and run events

·         Develop & boost corporate promotions and communications.

·         Create, adapt, improve & optimize web-comm for SEO (organic and keyword search)

·         Mobile phone experienced is a must & Manage the corporate branding

·         Develop/maintain social media profiles & quality content on Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Engage and Increase subscribers & User-based

·         Manage Community, very experience in handling/managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line, etc. communications with fan base

·         Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

·         Manage Community, very experience in handling/managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line, etc. communications with fan base

·         Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships

·         Manage PR and press relations

·         Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;

·         Assist in the preparation & drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.) including at times high-level public speeches for Council and Management team.

·         Email campaign development and implementation

·         Manage inbound marketing system, including campaign development and data analysis

·         Develop compelling custom content

·         Design and deliver emails

·         Craft email campaigns.

·         Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales

·         Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns

·         Transform content to ensure easy sharing with social networks

·         Manage the “facilitation” of key social media

·         Develop and implement customer service response to common complaints and a process in which they are resolved and communicated

·         managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;

·         writing and proofreading copy;

·         liaising with designers and printers;

·         organising photo shoots;

·         arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;

·         maintaining and updating customer databases;

·         organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;

·         sourcing and securing sponsorship;

·         conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;

·         contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

·         managing budgets;

·         evaluating marketing campaigns;

·         monitoring competitor activity;

·         Minimum 4 years & above experience (below this term not accepted)

·         <32 years old, Mid-level
