GM Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

a.       Plans strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets (focus on B2B)

b.      Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through regional managers and marketing managers

c.       Prepare business plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model

d.      Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy

e.      Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share

f.        Monitoring all aspect of marketing, sales and promotion

g.       Supervise and control over all performance of marketing, sales and promotion management for the benefit of the company



a.       Possess at  least bachelor degree in business studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent

b.      At least 10 years of working experience B2B (for GM position) with minimum 5 years managerial experience in the field of marketing within the same industry

c.       Having excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

d.      Fluent in English

e.      Focus on target achievements

f.        Must be willing to work in Cibitung and also live in Cibitung or near Cibitung area
