RESPONSIBILITIES

* Leading and managing a busy CS Center supporting Indonesia operations

* Hiring and managing approximately 20 CS Agents

* Architecture and key process creation and improvement

* Quality control measures and checks

* Assisting in managing important accounts

* Executive reporting and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

* At least 10 years full-time career experience

* At least 5 years managing a minimum of 10 CS Agents

* Strong human management skills

* Strong process management skills

* Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills
