1. Manage office legal documents such as renew Certificate of Foreign Construction Business Entity, renew company domicile certificate and report Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. (Helped by agent).

2. Handling expatriate documents such as RPTKA, TA01, IMTA, VITAS (telex), STM, SKTT / SKPPS and Lapor Keberadaan. (Helped By agent).

3. Handling office stationary, operational car member etc.

4. Supervising driver, Handling purchase process of office supplies, furniture and consumables.

5. Perform administration process related to payment of salary and overtime, income tax (PPh Pasal 21) include in administration process are registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan. (Supported by agent)

6. Preparing Accounting Report, Handling invoice and payment process.
