· Counting Monthly OTC P/L (Profit and Loss), Reducing of Product Return.
· Maintaining of Marketing Expenses, Making Reqsheet of Marketing Program and Yearly Sales Target.
· Responsible in Developing and Implementing Sales & Marketing Strategic based on Marketing Mix, Trade Promo and Consumer Promo (Traditional Market & Modern Market) B2B and B2C.
· Maintaining Effective Relationship with the Customers and Distributors.
· Ensuring Effective Distribution Channels of Product.
· Opening New Market and Networking.
· Coordinating Operational Strategies with Sales and Marketing Forces (SPE) based on SWOT Analysis.
