Our client is an USA based Glue Dispensing and Quality Assurance Systems Sales with Hot Melt and Cold Glue Dispensing Machines that does not has office in Indonesia is currently looking for:
Local - Indonesian Country Sales Manager (Works on self-employed based or home based)
v Report to Sales Manager for South East Asia
v Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within a country (All Indonesian Region). This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
v In the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector, Sales Manager job may include being in charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and records management.
v Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan are tasks a Country Manager may have to deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
v A key part of the role of Country Manger will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
v Country Managers are expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
v The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager Job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
v Working on Monday to Friday at 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday if need to.
v Minimum 5 Year relative experience in gluing machine sales or equipment sales
v Engineering/Technical Background. So understand technical language.
v Speaking good English and able speak Mandarin will advantage
v Has Sales Manages Personality & Character.
v Willing to travel to all Indonesian region.
v Advance as average of 1000 USD for expenses.
v All Bills will be reimburse based on claim.
