Job Description:

-      Drive implementation of quality programs, certifications and best practices, as well as conducts quality audits with the aim of continuously improving overall quality.

-      Responsible to ensure that JV develop and maintain quality systems and establish standard practices in production so products are in accordance with customer’s material and finished good standards.

-      Work closely with Production leaders in driving together quality mindset; instill the right quality lens in the factories.

-      Be the quality expert and coach, provides answers/guidance for quality related issues during development and production stage.

-      Collaborates with respective teams in timely resolving quality issues in product transfer and production areas according to the standards in order to achieve quality and delivery objectives, and drive improvement results.

-      Frequently visit the shop floors to be in direct contact with the products and identify potential quality risks.

-      Understands product manufacturing processes in order to analyze risk factors using statistical data’s to prevent from quality problems.

-      Collaborates with production team in analyzing product returns and provide correctives and consistent solutions.

-      Ensure all quality related standards, manuals, guidelines and reports are up to date.

-      Evaluate and increase performance of team

-      Ensure the performance and professionalism elevation of department staff

-      Follow company program

-      Compulsory to comply and supervise all OHS regulations, run to OHS culture and programs (including ensuring work tools in accordance with standards), energy, quality and environment.

-      Identifying, reporting, conducting reviews related to OHS programs (Occupational Accidents, OHS Audits and improvements), energy (including energy use), quality and environment.




-      Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree in Enginering,Technical/ Equivalent related technical experience

-      At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requires for this position

-      Communication skill, Strong managerial and Improving overall quality, Strong analytical thinking and problem solving, Decision making, Lean Six Sigma, Able to coach JV cross functional teams to provide the right quality guidance, Project Management, Good MS- office,outlook skills
