• Create Document Control, Numbering Procedure, Review and Approval Procedure, Communication Procedure, Vendor Handling Document Procedure for Project used.
• Communication with Client, Subcontractor, Vendor for transmitting and receiving documents.
• Circulate document for approval to particular Engineer and Engineer Manager
• Input and update status documents to Master Document Register
• Control interim change documents.
• Filing and maintain document control stations (library).
• Ensure that the most current revision of controlled documents is available for use by Construction.
• Issue notification reports for all new documents submit to Client and received comment from Client
• Update the status of submitting documents to Client every week for Weekly Report
