HRD Team Leader


Job description

·         Manage all HR activities for the company, including recruitment, selection, employment, compensation and benefits, labor relations,  training and development and terminations

·         Manage payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, incentive, leave, etc.)

·         Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner

·         Planning, developing and implementing programs to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and lead the implementation of performance management system

·         Provide general supporting activities such as administration of company legal documents and expatriate working permits, office and warehouse cleanliness, Grab voucher, company car and driver,

·         Establish and maintain industrial relations with relevant government and non-government bodies

·         Provide direction for HR & GA team in line with company direction




  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, law or related field from reputable university
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Supervisory Level
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs, including recruitment
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Understand BKPM and other government procedures to process company licenses
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Details and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal communication, negotiation and leadership skills
