· Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science and/or Telecommunication);
· Minimum of 10 years in Managerial level;
· At least minimum of 2 years working experience in Network Operation Center (NoC) and processes to run a trouble free network;
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing insourced or outsourced Contact Center;
· Experience in managing tier 1 and 2 vendors and partners.
· Hands on experience of fixed line network preferably fiber network;
· Time management skills;
· Contact center management;
· Vendor management;
· Cost effective network operation.
