1) Preparing or updating employment records related to working hours, hiring, transferring, promoting, training, etc,
2) Proposing improvement HR policies and procedure to the Management,
3) Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees,
4) Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed,
5) Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.,
6) Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints ,
7) Keeping employee’s attendance record accurately,
8) Conducting Performance Appraisal for salary review, bonus, etc.
9) Preparing monthly payroll to all staffs timely,
10) Calculate employee’s income tax accurately and keep the record properly,
