Our client is a Multi-National Pump Solution currently looking for:

 

Senior Service Manager

 

Team             : GAS Service Team

Focus Area  : Service

 

Requirements:

 

1.     Service has been carved out of the sales business, so we are a stand-alone business unit with full P&L responsibility.

2.     Revenue is approx. Three (3) million USD in yearly and we are looking to double that within the next three years which include 4 Segments that need to be in line of servicing:

§  Water Utility Segments (Water Treatment, Water Waste Treatment, etc.)

§  Commercial Buildings (CBS), such as Hotel, Hospital, Mall, etc.

§  Industrial Segments.

§  Domestic Buildings (DBS), such as Residential.

3.     With the new structure, they are moving from reactive to proactive service (from a cost to a profit center).

4.     The Service manager will report to Regional Service Director until they find an area service manager for the ASEAN area.

5.     There are 30 people on the service team, and we are looking to expand over the next three year.

6.     We have around 15 - 20 service partners who sell and service our products (spares and pumps) Partner network need to expand as well.

7.     Need a manager who can drive the business and have a commercial mindset; we have people who can manage the technical part of the business. (80% commercial and 20% technical)

8.     Need a senior person who has managed a sales team or a service team before.

9.     The candidate will be in the local management team, with a dotted reporting line to the GM
