One of our client in Financial Payment Solutions, looking for dynamic person to join as they team :

IT Application / IT Help Desk

Requirements :

·        A minimum bachelor degree (S1) holder from reputable university.

·        3 years working experience as technical support or professional services in Financial and Banking related industries.

·        Have advance knowledge in Web Applications.

·        Have experience in handling Database (Oracle and SQL Server) and Middleware application.

·        Able to speak in English and Bahasa (actively).

·        Have good ability to gather business requirement in details, such as business flow, business improvement, identifying business gaps, etc.

·        Have good ability to develop functional and/or technical documentation.

·        Experienced in Financial service or Banking Industry is preferred.
