  • Handle, manage and negotiation with Labor/ Employee and management
  • Responsible for HR & GA systems (SOP)
  • Responsible for the conduct of activities HR & GA capable of supporting the company’s operations
  • Responsible for managing Human Resources & GA functions to support the key business needs :
  • Recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, legal (company & expatriates docs issue), payroll, social relations & administration, coordinating for office & employee supply & needed (stationary, work equipment, etc ), maintain fixed asset records, coordinating for employee & visitor business trip, support for expatriate needed.
