• Position HR Executive
• Location : Cilamaya, Karawang

Responsibilities
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
 Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
 Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
 Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
 Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
 Prepare the company set up system for the new employee
 Assure the works of GA before handover to Adminsitration Manager
 Administration and logistics arrangement for expats which includes accommodation
 Set up work station and telephone for new employees, if required
 Application of foreign work passes
 Handling insurance related matters
 Other duties as required
Requirement :
 Female
 Bachelor Degree (Min)
 Minimum Experience: 5 years
 Willing to be assinged in Cilamaya, Karawang
 Good  command in English and Reading Comprehension and able to speak and read korean is plus scoring
 Experience in general affair position
 Have ability for calculating the absent record, overtime, and tax calculation (PPH 21 and PPH 23)
 Organized and Time Manangement abilities
 Willing to work under pressure
 Must have good problem-solving abilities
 Must have good attitude and manual dexterity
