Our client is a Japanese representative office in Indonesia engage with gas/power plant(IPP/LPP)/oil/LNG business.

Currently they are looking for 2 Business Development (Manager and Staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female, any age.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Experienced in Business Development, preferred from energy or mining sector.
  • Knowledgeable in energy sector will be advantage.
  • Fluent communication in English. Business Japanese ability will be advantage (N2 or N1).
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Strong and vast networking to various company such as gas, power, renewable energy and energy transportation, distribution, logistic, and other BUMN such as PLN, ESDM/MEMR, Pertamina, and other private companies and organizations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Superb negotiation capabilities.
  • Superb project management skill and company

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Finding new project lead.
  • Creating business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders and government.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Some translation and interpretation work.
