We are assisting Our client, an Australian Flexible Packaging Company which located in Tangerang who was looking for :

 

IR & GA Manager

Job Responsibility:

-          Company Legality and General Services:

o   Monitoring and developing systems and procedures to be applied in all company legality, employee relations and operational/ general permit affairs

o   Handling audit, inspection from customers and government related-affairs

o   Monitor, plans, organizes and supervises office and plant legality activities that are involved the company related internal and external affairs

o   Responsible for the validity and availability company legal documents

o   Maintain company assets and infrastructure monitoring

o   Manage and monitor vendor performance, and provide expected supervision to agreed KPI with vendors

o   Responsible for office space arrangement and renovation

-          Industrial Relations

o   Facilitating and maintaining good relations with Local Manpower Office and other industrial bodies and other external parties

o   Facilitating the implementation of regular meetings between management and representatives of Labor Unions

o   Manage strategies to prevent labor issue/ disputes and its recurrence order to maintain a productive and harmonious working environment

o   Monitor trends in employee relations from internal and external sides, and submit relevant reports to management

o   Running and developing training in industrial relations matters

o   Actively conduct consultations and provide advice to management and employees relating to applicable laws, policies and procedures

o   Cooperate with the HR team, review and provide input / changes to the applicable regulations in the company

o   Manage the implementation and application of procedures from disciplinary and regulatory policies

o   Consult the company's budget savings and implementation in accordance with the law

-          Employee Relations

o   Driving a culture of team work and great performance in order to ensure the company’s continued growth

o   Corporate Social Responsibility event

 

Requirements :

·         This position will handle 650 employees with 2 Labor Unions.

·         Preferably experienced in manufacturing background

·         Report to HR Director

·         This position will be based in Tangerang. But he will be travel quite often to Jakarta site.

·         8-10 years experiences should be ok. The younger the better
