Job Descriptions:
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Accommodate client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Updates job knowledge

- Maximum age is 36 years old
- A Degree (S1 or D3+) holder in Electrical/Mechanical/IT Majoring
- Min. 1 years working experience of Technical Support in similar position, preferably in Inkjet Printer;
- Logical and analytical minded
- Good communication in English and JAPANESE are a MUST!
- Understand about printing machine/at least has experience with those machines will be advantage.
