Senior HR Manager

Job Description:

·       Conduct and direct control and manage function Human Resources not only as a Human Capital but as Business Partner and ensure that all operational HR doing well and implement all policies, procedures to provide service and to encourage all employee,

·         Conduct process of Organization Development (Talent Management, Talent Mapping, Career Path, Training Development) etc,

·         Diagnosing and designing Interventions to lead and manage organizations change

Evaluating and Institutionalizing Organization Development Interventions,

·         Making performance management and developing talent management,

·         Making structural Interventions for restructuring organizations, Employee Involvement and work design,

·         Maintain, develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the HR function operate effectively,

·         Review all necessary policies, SOP, WI for effectiveness between management and all employee to encourage harmonious,

·         Attend and keep minutes of joint consultative committee meetings and ensure that any required follow-up action is taken,

·         Advise management on all aspects of employee and on the interpretation,

·         Support management at disciplinary, cost reduction, employee absent ratio or grievance hearings, for company to be better.


·         40 - 45 years old

·         Education bachelor degree or master degree of Psychology, Law, Management HR,

·         Have experience at Organization Development, Training Development, Recruitment Selection, Information System, Compensation Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation minimum 5 years in the same position

·         Have experience at Managerial minimum 5 years

·         Preferred have certified CPHRM, CG, CPLP., CBSCP, PKPA
