Ballroom/Venue Operation Manager


  • Minimum 5 years experiences in same field preferably in the same industry
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)

  • Should have the ability to perform all functions of banquet operations in order to supervise, direct, and train all banquet personnel
  • Will be managed for ballroom with 2,500 people capacity (equivalent to 5 stars hotel ballroom)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for soliciting banquet business and ensuring customer satisfaction with all function booked
  • Liasing with clients to ascertain their precise requirements
  • Monitoring product quality and banquet administration
  • Research and develop business in area
  • Working location: Jakarta Pusat
