Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to Sales GM and supervise key account officer
  • Maintain customer key account starting from sales transaction until collection of payment
  • Monitor existing and new project customer
  • Pairing / partnerwith sales unit to build relationship with new customer major acount
  • Leverage coverage / market share sales from existing potential market
  • Making marketing program to increase selling of product
  • Monitor daily job manager back up major account, contract service & retail
  • Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Working closely with
