Job Mission:

  • To identify and implement necessary changes to enable a business to perform to its optimum ability
  • Responsible for overseeing different area of business, implementing any operational changes & delivering measurable improvements also to review new & existing processes, resources & systems, making & overseeing any changes to the company infrastructure where necessary

Main Responsibility

  • Review existing processes, resources and system and recommend necessary changes to streamline the business processes
  • Communicate strategies & objectives with relevant departments & colleagues
  • Follow up the timeline & progress of corporate & department BSC strategic initiatives


  • Number of process improvements
  • Progress of BSC initiatives implementation & monthly reports
  • Non conformance process reduction

Main Authority

  • Oversee all related business process & recommend changes for improvements
  • Analyze all department performance measures & follow up strategies initiative to improve it
  • Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustment made within the organisation & present any findings
  • Recommend and assist implementation of business system an dtools to accelerate corporate performance
  • Create report and request corrective action if necessary for any non conformance process discovery to improve the speed and quality of business process inside organisation


  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering / Accounting major
  • Has 3 up to 5 years experience in process improvement related function in manufacturing / service industry
  • Has expertise in PDCA
  • Balance score card and ISO 9001 background knowledge
  • Has expertise in general business & organisational framework
  • Good project management skills and ability to multitask
  • IT literate
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Has a good communication in English both verbal and written
