The appointed candidate is responsible to manage an end-to-end customer service operation of an e-commerce business (voice and non-voice), including but not limited to supervise and control the operations team in all functions of freight forwarding, booking, and transportation.
1. Male/Female with at least 8 years experience in managing customer service operations (especially from e-commerce industry)
2. A holder of Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
3. Good command of English both written and spoken
