One of our client is a Japanese company engage in energy business. They currently looking for HRGA Administration Staff.


Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Bachelor degree graduated from reputable University
2. Familiar with microsoft office, internet and social media
3. Able to work under pressure
4. Good communication skill, teamwork, and high interpersonal skill
5. 1-2 year experienced, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
6. Preferable have experience in secretarial or equivalent
7. Proficiency in English both oral & written

Responsibilities:
- Handling payment process related to GA matters
- Prepare to make Internal application for GA matters
- Arrange the company car usage related to business activity
- Maintain and purchase for stationeries
- Arrange meeting, entertainment expense, reimbursement and settlement
- Arrange for employee business trip ( flight ticket, hotel, transportation )
- Make settlement report related with GA matters
- Filling and documentation
