1. Responsible to Manage marketing team (injection device, needle, Prefillable syringe, etc )
2. Responsible for yearly budget of Sales and in Market Sales, considering good profit
3. Supervise the process of renewal and new product registration in e-catalogue of respective business
4. Responsible to achieve a high level of product sales performance in a compliant way
5. To create strategy will be implemented to achieve the target
6. Provide proper training for subordinates
7. Mastering product knowledge and get familiar with the medical back ground of the products.
8. Maintain close relationship with VIP/KOL
9. To cooperate with any association and organization to grow up the brand of Terumo.
10. To evaluate regularly competitor and customer activities.
11. To monitor and control the budget for promotion
12. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from Head of Dept. /Management
