Plan, implement and monitor the management, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities available in all restaurants, including kitchen equipment / equipment.
Make a work plan and budget needed by the Engineering Store Department.
3.1.1. Make a work plan, work targets and budget in accordance with the Company's annual plan.
3.1.2. Monitor the implementation and achievement of work targets and control the realization of the budget used based on the budget approved by the Company.
3.2. Direct, regulate and monitor to ensure the maintenance and repair of all equipment, facilities and energy sources of the company such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems, electricity networks, water and gas resources, machinery, equipment and restaurant equipment carried out according to time standards, process standards , needs and budgets that have been set so that the restaurant's operations can run smoothly.
3.2.1. Monitor and ensure all equipment in the restaurant (including kitchen equipment) and existing facilities can always be ready for use in accordance with process standards and applicable time standards to avoid deviations from safety, security, and damage.
3.2.2. If it is necessary to find, and propose to superiors to cooperate with third parties, in terms of repairing equipment and working machinery.
3.3.1. Develop and propose appropriate and effective KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to superiors.
3.3.2. Make a performance development report based on work plans and targets to superiors periodically every 3 (three) months and annually.
3.3.3. Make a budget accountability report that has been used.
3.4. Human resource management in the Department of Engineering Store
3.4.1. Empowering optimally and developing human resources in terms of competencies, skills and numbers to be able to carry out support functions properly and effectively.
3.4.2. Directing, training and improving competence, monitoring and implementing work standards and discipline standards for subordinates in accordance with applicable Company regulations.
3.4.3. Conduct subordinate performance evaluation and development.
SPECIFICATIONS OF POSITION
5.1. Education, Training, Skills and Experience:
5.1.1. Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
5.1.2. Minimum 4 years experience in manager position for Engineering.
5.1.3. Technical Skills: Air conditioning, production machinery, generator / power supply, cold storage, preventive maintenance, budgeting, management reports, presentation techniques.
5.1.4. Non-technical skills: oral and written communication, negotiation, persuasion
5.1.5. Managerial Ability: leadership, supervision and discipline of subordinates, development and motivating work teams
