1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You are responsible for Sales, Visual Merchandising, Customer Service, profitability of a Department by managing a team according to H&M values, standards, policies and procedures.
You support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting customer experience in line with the H&M brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity to make us the No. 1 fashion destination.
2. KEY RESULTS AREAS
Provides and ensures direct and indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room, at the cash point in order to maximize the sales. Ensure garment presentation on the sales floor and in the window according to H&M brand guidelines.
Trains and develops store team in presenting garments for selling according to H&M routines. Executes and follow up on recruitment, training, developing and assessing sales advisors along with the store management team.

Ensures updated Visual information and responsible for visual material in the store. Organizes and plans department according to business needs. Follow and ensures others follow safety, security and administration procedures.
