Our client is a Food Manufacturing company, located in Jakarta Barat, currently looking for:


Plant Manager for Food Factory with details below:


1.      Report to GM Supply


2.    Main Job:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production operational activities and fulfillment of production plans are just in time by considering the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, productivities and managing human resources, production equipment and all the components which related to the plant, also internally coordinating with across department and externally which related to plant activities and production. Leading production department in order to give best contribution to realize targets achievement which set by GM Supply.


3.   Duties & Responsibilities:

§     Arrange the department's annual work plan

§     Coordinate the department’s working activities

§     Implement systems and procedures according to standards

§     Directing and guiding the development of subordinates according to competency


§  Monitored the fulfillment of production to the plan

§  Increase Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Productivity and decrease waste

§  Manage Central Production Plant in an organized manner

§  Running and monitoring QCC implementation, continuous improvement, 3M, 5R and GMP

§  Monitor and control the use of CAPEX and OPEX

§  Leads HR in the Supply Division to enable them to live with the corporate culture (Corporate Core Values) and make HR a part of success

§  Motivating subordinates to keep working hard for the advancement of their careers in the company

§  Maintain personal integrity to become a role model

§  Ensure what has been planned and assigned to subordinates implemented by them and the results are met according to time, quality and cost budgeted

§  Ensure that there is room for innovation in every BSC perspective (Financial, Customer, Internal Process; Learning & Growth) through cooperation with external parties and through enhancement of organizational capacity and human resource competencies within the Divisions it leads.

§  Deliver performance reports to GM Supply & Operations in written based on schedule and agreed report format with analysis of variance



4.  Authority:

§  Give decisions for best solution in handling factory and production issues

§  STO at production level (position and title)

§  Giving Warning Letter and Layoffs to employees whose position below Manager level

§  Employee replacement

§  Routine budget execution

§  Execution of budget that is not routine and below - according to company budget

§  Expense execution that are not budgeted and below - within the company budget

§  Technical things in factory and related with production


5. Work Relationships

§  External: Suppliers parties that related with raw material or equipment that related with production with purpose to know the specifications, quality and work processes of the equipment

§  Internal: Coordinate with HRD, QA / QC Costing, PPIC, Warehouse, Marketing and Operation Departments with purpose all production operations organized well


6.   Specification:

Education, Trainings, Skills and Experience:

§  Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering

§  Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverages Industry

§  Male / Female with age Maximum 35 Years

§  Has good communication skills

§  Understand the procedures / how the factory works well

§  Understand the use of tools and materials in production process

§  Planning & Organizing, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Team Building

Physical Condition:

§  Physically and physically healthy
