Our client is a Local Food Manufacturing company, located in Jakarta Barat, currently looking for:

 

GM Engineering & Services for Food Factory with details below:

 

1.      Report to Director

2.      Direct Subordinate: Engineering Manager, Property Management Manager, Office Service Assistant Manager

 

3.    Main Job:

Plan, direct, implement, and manage the Engineering, Property Management and Office Service includes repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities of the company, head office and outlets.

 

4.   Duties & Responsibilities:

§  Creating a work plan and budget for Engineering and Services Division.

Ø  Creating a work plan and budget in line with the company's annual plan.

Ø  Monitor the implementation of the work plan accordingly and approved budget.

§  Monitoring and directing the management of all the equipment and supporting facilities of companies such as generators, electricity, gas, telephone, water, equipment at the outlet, etc., both at head office and outlet optimally so that businesses can work out as planned.

Ø  Monitoring and ensuring all equipment (machines working at the outlets and production machinery at the central office, kitchen utensils, etc.) and existing run facilities in accordance with applicable standards in order to avoid deviations on safety, security, and damage.

Ø  To collaborate with third parties, if necessary, in terms of equipment and machinery repair work.

§  Monitoring and directing the security services, cleanliness, permits in the head office and building outlets and the assurance for smooth delivery of goods / materials to all outlets.

§  Reporting

Ø  Make performance development report based on work plans to superiors every three (3) months.

Ø  Make budget accountability report that has been used.

§  Human resource management in Engineering and Services Division.

Ø  Creating HR planning to proper amount

Ø  Directing, guiding and monitoring subordinate development effectiveness in accordance with the standards of competence

Ø  Assessing performance of subordinates

 

 

 

5.    Internal: All departments and outlets by monitoring the use of equipment, facilities   and goods delivery

     

External: Suppliers by Coordinating with external parties to repair the equipment / specific machine
