General Requirement:

• Male/Female - max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines
• 2-3 years of work experience in Manufacturing company, IT company, Trading company, Experience as Recruitment Officer or Recruitment Consultant is most preferred
• Strong personality and good presentation skills
• Ambitious, with high interest in business and skilled in communicating and dealing with people of all levels
• Willing to work with target and deadlines (training and coaching provided)
• Good English communication skill (oral & written)

Principal duties and responsibilities of JAC Recruitment Consultants:

• Ensure a full understanding of client's hiring requirements
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Introduce job opportunities to candidates
• Liaise with clients and candidates to set up an interview schedule and relay feedback from both parties after the interview
• Follow up with clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the database
• Have fun and love what you do
