One of our client is a Japanese engineering consulting firm located in Patimban, Subang currently looking for suitable candidate to be Executive Office Manager

Main task: consulting fee calculation / management to charge their clients (only basic accounting skill, no need accounting specialist).

Job descriptions:
  • Managing Invoice to client.
  • Managing Joint venture distribution.
  • Managing local consultants invoice and payments.
  • Managing and controlling correspondence with client and this company's head office.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Managing supporting staffs contract and maintains supporting staff tasks / jobs.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Any other tasks required for project smooth execution.
  • Any other tasks instructed by Project Manager (Japanese).
  • Subordinates (around 10 people): Accountant, Office Manager, Secretary, Office Boy, and Drivers from rental vendor.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Required skills: general administration, general accounting, managing invoice to client (consulting fee calculation to charge the clients), managing joint venture distribution, policy making (designs and implements office policies & how to measure it), completes operational requirements (scheduling - assigning -following up result).
  • Required language: English
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Patimban,Subang.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Contract position available.
