To accomplish challenging tasks such as:
1. Maintain office records, managing and distributing information within the office,
2. Drafting documents and answering telephones, as well as administrative jobs, including scheduling,
3. Creating and maintain filing and other office systems,
4. Organize travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.
