| 2 | Is JAC Indonesia an outsourcing company? |
PT JAC Indonesia is a foreign investment company with its core business in recruitment for direct placement. Our outsourcing division falls under JAC Business Center which handles non-recruitment business such as: outsourcing, translating, interpreting, company establishment, documentation, and HR consulting. The JAC Outsourcing division handles back office level positions up to managerial positions (not for labor or operator positions). |

| 4 | What is the next step in the process after I submit my resume? |
Our Consultants will review the resume and see if there are any current vacancies that match your qualifications and experience. If so, the potential candidate will be invited for an interview with a JAC Consultant. After the interview, the Consultant will make a further assessment and decide if your profile will be sent to a Client. If the applicant does not match with the client specifications, the Consultant will keep the applicant's information in our database for future positions. |

JAC receives 250 new enquiries from clients of job vacancies every month at all levels. The jobs we focus on are found in the following industries: Trading, Banking & Financial Institutions, Automotive, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Information Technology, Construction, Consulting, and Hospitality. Positions include: Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, IT, Accounting & Finance, Administration, Export/Import, and Engineering. |
| 6 | How long will my resume be kept in JAC? |
Your resume will be kept in JAC for a maximum of 1 year. If there is a suitable position for you, one of our Consultants will contact you to update your data. |
| 7 | Do you have vacancies for fresh college graduates? |
Most of our vacancies are for mid-level managerial positions and higher. Fresh graduates are rarely placed through our firm. |

No. JAC is an international company with its headquarters in London, UK. Our 18 offices are located in 9 countries, UK, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, and Korea. We place applicants with multinational, Japanese, and Indonesian companies. However, since we have Consultants that speak Japanese, our firm is well-known among the Japanese companies in Jakarta. |
| 10 | Is there any registration fee to submit my CV to JAC? |
No, there is no registration fee to submit your CV or even after the applicant is successfully placed with a JAC client. All applicants must follow the selection process at JAC. |
| 11 | How long does the selection process take? |
The process normally takes 2 or 3 hours of your time and includes a written test (English and other language, if applicable), and an interview with a Consultant. |
| 12 | What should I do if, due to any reason, I must cancel my appointment with JAC or the client? |
We expect you to come in to our office as scheduled for the appointment. However, if you can not come, please contact the Consultant immediately to inform them of the cancellation and ask to reschedule your appointment. The earlier you contact our Consultant the better. Because time is valuable to both our Consultants and clients. |
| 13 | What are the advantages of sending my resume to JAC? |
By sending your resume to JAC, our Consultants will contact you if any suitable position arises with JAC clients. You can be introduced to more than one client and potential job placement at the same time. Having JAC do the work saves you time and there is no cost for our assistance. |
