Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and checking daily transactions
2. Preparing & Manage all Finance, Accounting and Tax documents
3. Preparing book-keeping and tax reconciliation
4. Liaise with Auditor and other consultants (3rd party)
5. Performing basic office tasks, including answering phone, responding email,
6. Filling documents, etc
7. Support other administrative work.
8. Make a good team work and communication with all related staffs, Local and Japanese Staff.
9. Coordination and working with Project Site Team
10. Ensure all financial and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
11. Doing and support Subsidiary Company’s daily and monthly tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Accounting, Finance & Tax Background (Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field)
2. Good knowledge in accounting, finance & tax regulations
3. Experience in handling tax reporting and reconciliation
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
5. Familiar with audit processes and liaising with external auditors
6. Able to communicate in English
7. Experience ~5 years, with preferred;
*has experience in Japan's company
*has experience in Public Accountant Firm
8. Able to work in team and individually
9. Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
10. High-self motivated and hardworking
11. Good attitude with integrity, honesty, and professionalism
12. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and accountability
