2. Manage Organization Development including Job Grading and Job Leveling
3. Manage Sourcing & Talent Management such as Profressional hiring and develop Management Trainee Program
4. Manage Performance Management System that drives high performance
5. Develop and Implement Learning Management, including training program, coaching & counselling, knowledge management
6. Develop Human Resource Information System as enable for Management Decision Making, provide HR productivity report and other strategic & Human Resource Analysis
7. Human Resources Business Partner for DID Business Planning Continous Improvement
8. Managing Safety, Health, and Environmental System in DID Planning
9. Handle Risk Mapping, Analysis,Employee Education, Survey, and Idea Solve Problem
