Job Descriptions
- Identify new business opportunities in power generation, energy trading, and power plant equipment markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Assist in the development of proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Support expansion into general export–import and merchandise trading categories.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, vendors, and international partners.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation with local and overseas suppliers regarding equipment imports and trade requirements.
- Support management consulting and business development consulting projects.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
- Prepare regular progress reports and business pipeline updates for management.
- Support senior management in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, trading, consulting, or energy-related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with B2B trading environments.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal).
- Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced, and international business environment.
- Experience in energy sector, engineering equipment trading, or industrial B2B sales.
- Exposure to import/export processes and documentation.
- Prior project management experience.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
