Qualifications
Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline).
10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including senior management roles with full business accountability within Fragrance or Personal Care (Mandatory).
Demonstrated full P&L ownership, with strong expertise in revenue growth, margin optimization, financial forecasting, annual business planning, and ROI-driven investment management.
Exposure to R&D or product innovation (fragrance development, formulation, or working with labs/perfumers).
Strong ability to define and execute end-to-end brand and commercial strategies, aligning brand positioning with market opportunities.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams (Brand, CRM, Sales, Operations).
Responsibilities
Brand & Commercial Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing overall commercial strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share, with full P&L accountability.
Fragrance Product Development (R&D): Oversee end-to-end fragrance development, translating consumer insights and market trends into commercially viable products.
Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions across product and marketing.
Marketing & Brand Building: Lead integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication.
Team Leadership & HQ Alignment: Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment to support business objectives.
