One of our clients, a global medical management services, is looking for a COUNTRY HEAD for Indonesia Region.
S/he will be responsible for managing the operation within Indonesia office, doing business development, generating sales, generating new business and maintaining relations with the current providers.

Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the private health insurance or employee benefits sector is mandatory
· Demonstrated experience in managing a team and motivating them to achieve targets
· Experience in generating new business with payers, providers, employers, a strong plus
· Relevant academic background (healthcare, business). Tier-1 colleges preferably.
· English and Bahasa fluency. Additional languages, a plus.
· Willingness to travel frequently.
