The Export-Import Supervisor role involves overseeing daily trade operations, including customs documentation, shipment coordination, and regulatory compliance. The position works closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure export-import activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Indonesian trade requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily export-import operations and manage customs documentation, including PIB and PEB.
Ensure all export-import activities comply with Indonesian trade regulations and relevant company policies.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping.
Align shipment schedules with the control team.
Lead and develop export-import team members to strengthen team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
4 to 7 years of experience in metal or steel processing manufacturing.
Solid understanding of Indonesian customs regulations.
Familiarity with SIINAS, OSS, and INSW systems.
Proficiency in English is required. Understanding of Japanese language is a plus.
Export-import certification or training is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail.
