The Field Engineer role focuses on supporting customers across Indonesia by monitoring off-the-road (OTR) tyre performance, analysing product issues, and recommending countermeasures. The position also maintains customer relationships, delivers product training, and follows up on complaints in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures.
Responsibilities
Visit customers to maintain and develop relationships while monitoring product performance
Analyse product performance, identify problems, and recommend countermeasures
Provide product training to customers
Follow up on customer complaints
Perform all work in accordance with ISO procedures
Requirements
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 years of technical experience with OTR tyres; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel to customer locations across Indonesia
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving abilities and strong initiative
Fluency in spoken English
Honesty and good analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
