Key Responsibilities:
1. Capital Raising
Lead raising of debt (USD & IDR) including term loans, working capital lines, and structured facilities
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and credit funds
Optimize capital structure, cost of funds, and liquidity planning
Structure and execute trade finance, RCFs, and other short-term facilities
2. Project Finance
Lead end-to-end financing of greenfield projects (energy, infrastructure, petrochemical preferred)
Structure limited recourse / non-recourse financings
Coordinate with lenders, advisors, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee financial modelling, bankability, and risk allocation frameworks
3. M&A & Strategic Transactions
Identify and execute acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships
Lead valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
Drive post-merger integration and synergy realization
4. IPO & Capital Markets
Support IPO readiness and execution, including advisor coordination
Manage investor engagement and capital markets strategy
Ensure compliance with listed company requirements and governance standards
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with local Indonesian banks, international lenders, investors, and regulators
Act as a key interface with senior management, shareholders, and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
12-15+ years of experience in corporate finance / investment banking / project finance
Proven track record in raising debt (local & foreign currency)
Strong network across Indonesian and international financial institutions
Hands-on experience in project finance (greenfield)
Demonstrated M&A execution experience
Exposure to IPO / listed company environment
Strong financial modelling, structuring, and negotiation skills
Experience in Oil & gas, Petrochemicals, Energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred
