Our client, a Japanese sending organization, is seeking a Japanese Lecturer to teach foundational Japanese language skills to students preparing for work in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Teach Japanese language from N5 to N4 level
✅ Develop lesson plans and learning materials
✅ Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress
✅ Produce grade reports and monitor student development
✅ Take full responsibility for quality of teaching and education
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree (S1) in Japanese Language Education or Literature
✅ Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
✅ JLPT N2 proficiency (N3 holders are encouraged to apply)
✅ Background in food service industry (Gaishoku/Inshoku) and SSW Gaishoku certification is a strong advantage
✅ Strong interpersonal skills with engaging and interactive teaching approach
