Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to manage production planning and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Create detailed production plans based on work orders from production administration
✅ Allocate machines and resources considering work order requirements
✅ Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed
✅ Report to Production Executive and coordinate with teams
✅ Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met
Requirements
✅ Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
✅ Strong operation management skills (very important)
✅ Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup highly preferred)
✅ English proficiency (required)
✅ Japanese language ability is a plus
✅ Must live in Karawang area

✅ Supervisory or team leadership experience
✅ Management/office management experience
✅ Electronics or automotive industry background
