Job Responsibilities:
- Taking brief from sales personnel and receiving the job order, discuss with Studio managers and distributing the job within TPM team or outsource to freelances
- Filter out some of the ideas which are impossible to be executed by the studio or brainstrom with the studio and feedback to the sales for practical creative solutions
- Preparation of timelime upon receiving a job order, coordinate with studio and production head to design a timeline and ensure the project completion date is met
- After creative concept or final artwork is being done, arrange for production with vendor, getting proper proofs to the sales personnel for clients approval and finally ensure the printed materials reached production team for installation on schedule
- Meet with the heaads of departments to learn about the status of existing projects coming into the agency
- Create a schedule for new jobs and assign those tasks using the trafficking system in place
- Review current and future timelines and job statuses with the head of deaprtement and if necessary the individuals working on the jobs
- Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
- Report to management about the current workflow and communicate any possible issues wuith too much or too little, work coming into agency
- Work with the accounting and production department on invocing and possible additional costs due to rush fees or unexpected deadlines
- Work with freelancer and temporary contractors getting them ypo to speed on job they will assist
