The Quality Assurance Staff role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. This onsite position contributes to compliance with quality standards through internal audits, corrective actions, quality analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of the QMS
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
Monitor compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards and company procedures
Analyse quality issues and support improvement initiatives
Coordinate with relevant departments on quality-related matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
1.5–3.5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related function
Strong understanding of ISO standards and audit processes
Internal auditor certification is preferred
Good English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
