The Supply Chain Management Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing key supply chain activities, including import coordination, inventory control, production planning, procurement, and delivery management. The position supports smooth day-to-day operations by ensuring materials, stock, and goods movement are well managed to meet production and distribution needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor import procedures to ensure compliance and smooth inbound logistics
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
Develop and implement production planning
Handle procurement and purchasing activities, including ordering processes to support production needs
Coordinate delivery management to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related fields such as Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management
Strong communication skills in English
Solid knowledge of import procedures
Experience in inventory management and production planning
Familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes
Understanding of delivery management practices
Willing to work in the Cikarang area
Available to join from early August 2026
