Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality technical services both for software and hardware to customers, partner dealers, and other engineers.
• Provide support to customers by answering calls, replying to emails, and on-site support with necessary, with a focus on high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base article/known issues.
• Provide a report to management after services.
• Provide product training to agents and customer base on schedule.
• Maintenance of demo machine unit.
Requirements:
• Candidate at least a bachelor’s degree in Electro Engineering (specific low current/electronical).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Have experience in printing business company will be advantage.
• Able to use adobe illustrator, and Corel draw (will be an advantage).
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Active in the organization at university.
• Willing travel all around Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed all around Indonesia.
