After Sales Engineer

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
☑️ Develop and implement after-sales strategies for the Balikpapan market
☑️ Lead and supervise the team to meet performance targets
☑️ Ensure timely maintenance, service engineering, and technical support
☑️ Build strong client relationships through proactive solutions and responsive service
☑️ Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
☑️ Collaborate with internal departments to align service operations with business goals

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
☑️ Proven experience in managerial roles, preferably in After Sales, Maintenance, or Service Engineering.
☑️ Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
☑️ Demonstrated ability to design and execute service improvement strategies.
☑️ Japanese and English proficiency not required (reporting directly to Indonesian Manager).
