Our client is a Multi-National Trading of Pumps and Pumping Systems currently looking for:
Indonesian Associate Sales Engineer – Commercial Building Segment
  
Responsibilities:
•    Main responsibility is to handle sales within assigned business scope and framework of the strategies and policies of the company. 
•    Will be responsible for designated business area within Indonesia.
Other responsibilities include the following activities:
•    Main target is to realize individual sales target in assigned area.
•    Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies
•    Follow up on unit/project sales from quotation stage to awarding stage; ensure that the final pump set selection is appropriate to client's application by calculation.
•    Maintain existing customer base and assist in developing plans, budget and promotional activities.
•    Ensure full and proper documentation to be handed over to customer service and engineering team during order processing.
•    Achieve agreed marketing objectives, sales volumes and contribution targets.
•    Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
•    Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
•    2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the pumps industry
•    Previous experience working in sales for commercial building segment will be added advantage
•    Successful track of customer development and management as sales person
•    Relevant industry and technical experience are preferred
•    Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to understand requirements and negotiate solutions with stakeholders
